Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Dr. Mazmanyan & Associates handles information collected through its public website.
This policy applies to information collected through the public website at https://dmapsychology.com. It does not govern information collected after a person becomes a patient, which may be covered by separate healthcare privacy notices and applicable health-information laws.
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and any information you voluntarily enter in the message field. Framer may also process limited technical and usage information needed to host, secure, operate, and measure the website.
We use website-inquiry information to respond to inquiries, communicate about consultations, operate the website, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
The site uses Framer for website hosting, form processing, security, and built-in analytics. Contact-form information is transmitted through Framer to the practice’s designated email account. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect the website, or prevent misuse.
Framer’s built-in analytics are cookieless and designed to provide anonymized site-usage statistics. The site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, remarketing technology, or nonessential tracking cookies.
The site does not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking. Because it does not perform that tracking, browser Do Not Track signals do not change the site’s behavior. The practice does not authorize third parties to collect personal information through the site for cross-site targeted advertising. Global Privacy Control signals are therefore not used to opt out of activity that the site does not conduct.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal or administrative requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a public website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may contact the practice to request access to, correction of, or deletion of website-inquiry information. Requests are subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
The site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information through the site, please contact the practice so the information can be reviewed and, when appropriate, deleted.
The message field is intended only for general scheduling and administrative inquiries. Do not submit medical histories, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance information, or other sensitive health information through the website. The website, contact form, Framer, and ordinary email should not be treated as secure channels for sensitive health information. Submitting the form does not establish a therapist-client relationship. The form is not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact 911 or an appropriate emergency service.
The website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy. Review those policies before providing information to a third party.
We may update this policy as the website or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
